Any requests expected to be processed in 2025 must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 12/25/2025. 

Requests submitted after this time will be processed in the first days of 2026. 

Normal processing will resume on Friday, January 2.

Banks will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025, in observance of Presidents' Day. As a result, payouts scheduled for this date, or the previous day may be delayed until the next business day.

We want to remind you that Monday, January 20, 2025, is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a federal banking holiday. As a result, there may be delays in payouts and processing times for transactions scheduled around this date.

Any payouts or transfers initiated on the holiday will be processed on the next business day, Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we wanted to inform you that all banks will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

This closure will result in a one-business-day delay for payouts, with processing resuming on Friday, November 29th.

Monday, May 27th commemorates Memorial Day, observed as a banking holiday in the U.S. Therefore, processing of all payouts submitted on Friday, May 24th, will be delayed.
